The hair can accumulate the Pb heavy metal as trace metal. Ph band at the bar is give information of Pb accumulation on the blood with Pb accumulation level at the hair which more great if it compare in other the body tissue. Because the Pb Is toxic element, it easy to accumulate in the body (tissue, bone, blood and heir), so to determine the Pb concentration in the body is necessary he specific analysis method. The analysis method which often be used to analysis the Pb trace element in the hair, without influence composition of sample chemrstry is the Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometri (AAS) that it is basis of the atomic chops. From the observation of Pb concentration at two hair sample, it the result is • The Pb concentration is ( 4,334 ± 0,035) Rg i g • The Pb concentration is = ( 0,837 t 0,002) (tg / g The concentration is high enough, so it needed the handling at gas pollution problems from the transportation activity with more seriously. The AAS method is precise to determine the element concentration on the trace concentration.
