Abstract
Kegiatan penilaian di Akademi/perguruan tinggi dapat dianggap mutlak keberadaannya, sebab dengan adanya penilaian ini dapat diketahui sejauh mana perkembangan mahasiswa dalam menerima ilmu pengetahuan, sikap dan ketrampilan. Prestasi belajar adalah hasil penilaian yang diperoleh dari kegiatan perkuliahan yang bersifat kognitif dan biasanya ditentukan melalui pengukuran dan penilaian. Dari data nilai semester I tiga tahun terakhir rata-rata nilai untuk mata kuliah anatomi dan fisiologi masih di bawah kategori baik. Mata kuliah anatomi merupakan mata kuliah yang mendasari mata kuliah terapan lainnya di Jurusan Fisioterapi Poltekkes Surakarta. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan antara harga diri dan kreativitas terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa semester I Jurusan Fisioterapi Politeknik Kesehatan Surakarta. Jenis penelitian ini explanatory survey dengan pendekatan cross sectional study. Populasi penelitian ini Mahasiswa Semester I Jurusan Fisioterapi Politeknik Kesehatan Surakarta sebanyak 80 orang mahasiswa. Sampel penelitian adalah total populasi. Analisa data dilakukan dengan Rank Spearman Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara harga diri dengan prestasi belajar (p value = 0,013), dan ada hubungan antara kreativitas dengan prestasi belajar (p value = 0,029). Kata Kunci: harga diri, kreativitas, prestasi belajar RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN SELF ESTEEM AND CREATIVITY WITH LEARNING ACHIEVEMENT FIRST SEMESTER STUDENTS OF PHYSICAL THERAPY DEPARTMENT -SURAKARTA HEALTH POLYTECHNIC 2007 Evaluation in academy/graduate school is absolutely needed to measure students achievement in cognitive, attitude, psychomotor. Learning achievement is result of cognitive evaluation of the study using measurement and scoring. First semester data for the last three years shows that the average score for two subjects, namely anatomy and physiology is below good category. Anatomy subject is essential as it is the basic of other applied subject in Physical Therapy Department. The objective of the research is to show the relationship between self esteem and creativity with learning achievement, first semester student Physical Therapy Department-Surakarta Health Polytechnic. This research employs explanatory survey and cross sectional study approach. The population of the research is first semester students of Physical Therapy Deparment-Surakarta Health Polytechnic, with total of 80 students. The sampling technique used is total population. Data is analyzed using Rank Spearman Test to reveal the relationship between independent variable aand dependent variable. The result of the research reveals that there is arelationship between self esteem and learning achievement (p value = 0,013).
