Abstract
Partially Balaced Incomplete Block Designs (PBIB) is Balanced Incomplete Block Design (BIB) based on the association scheme is the sum treatment association appears in blocks. The association scheme simplicity is association scheme class two is the first associates are some pairs of treatment appear together times, and others associates which the treatments appear in other blocks times. One of association scheme class two is Group Divisible (GD). In PBIB no all treatment appears into block, so the calculation JKP adjustment.
