The reengineering has been done for the monitoring system for temperature and humidity control on the baby incubator on the basis of microcontroller AT89S51. This sets of equipment was made with the good system and reasonable prices thus it can be used for any nurse on any community health service on remote area. This control of temperature and humidity on baby incubator room is done by taking advantages of LM 35 Censor, HSM 20G censor, and Microcontroller AT89S51. The measured value from the censor then processed by the microcontroller to control the temperature. This temperature controlling is taking advantages of lamp as heater and fan as cooler. In addition, the data processed by the microcontroller will be displayed on LCD and computer. From the making of this temperature and humidity monitoring system, obtained the test result showed that the quantity of output voltage of the LM 35 Temperature censor is 4,97 mV/ 0,5° C and the quantity of the increment of output voltage of HSM 20G is 0,031V/1%RH.
