HUBUNGAN KONDISI FISIK RUMAH DENGAN KEJADIAN PENYAKIT TB PARU DIWILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS PEKUNCEN KECAMATAN PEKUNCEN KABUPATEN BANYUMAS TAHUN 2004

Abstract

Rumah merupakan bangunan yang berfungsi sebagai tempat tinggal atau hunian dan sarana pembinaan keluarga.Sebagai tempat tinggal juga merupakan lingkungan yang paling lama berinteraksi.Kondisi fisik rumah berpengaruh terhadap kesehatan anggota keluarga.Salah satunya penyakit yang berhubungan dengaqn kondisi fisik rumah adalah TB paru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kondisi fisik rumah dengan kejadian penyakit TB paru di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Pekuncen Kecamatan Pekuncen Kabupaten Banyumas. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah kasus kontrol,sebagai kasus penderita penyakit TB paru di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Pekuncen Kecamatan Pekuncen Kabupaten Banyumas sampai tahun 2004 tercatat sebagai penderita TB paru (BTA +)sebanyak 72 orang.Kontrolnya adalah masyarakat yang ada disekitar rumah penderita dengan syarat penghuninya tidak ada yang menderita TB paru klinis dan umur sebaya dengan kelompok kasus. Dari hasil penelitian variabel bebas diperoleh antara kasus atau kontrol :padat hunian yang memenuhi syarat 34,0% ,jenis lantai yang memenuhi syarat 48,6%,jenis dinding yang memenuhi starat 55,6% ,Luas ventilasi yang memenuhi syarat 46,5% ,Pencahayaan yang memenuhi syarat 47,9% ,Kelembaban yang memenuhi syarat 47,2%. Hasil uji statistik dari kepadatan hunian (x2 = 0,0001 ,p=1,000 ,OR =0,940 ,CI 95% =0,472-1,873),jenis lantai (X2 =6,255 ,p=0,012 ,OR =2,471,CI 95% =1,264-4,831),jenis dinding (X2 =0,703 ,p = 0,402 ,OR =1,403,CI 95% =0,725-2,713),Luas ventilasi(X2 = 5,471, P = 0,019, OR =2,340, CI 95% =1,197-4,573),Pencahayaan(X2 = 2,783, p = 0,095,OR =1,853,CI 95% = 0,956-3,592) dan kelembaban (X = 2,257 ,p = 0,133,OR = 1,752,CI 95% = 0,905-3,393).Untuk mengetahui besar resiko dengan OR.Jenis lantai(OR:2,471) dan luas ventilasi(OR:2,346)menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang bermakna antara kondisi fisik rumah dengan kejadian penyakit TB paru. Dilihat dari resikonya kondisi fisik rumah yang berpotensi untuk berkembangnya suatu bibit penyakit TB paru.Oleh kerena itu perlunya penyehatan perumahan serta peningkatan penyuluhan tentang rumah sehat. The purpose of this research is to know the correlation between house physical condition and disease TB lung in region of people healthy center Pekuncen,Subdistrict Pekuncen,Regency Banyumas. The plan of research is cases control ,as case in the vistim of lung TB disease in regeon of people healthy center Pekuncen,Subdistrict Pekuncen of Regency Banyumas until 2004 there are 72 people.The control is the people around of victims house which did not suffer TB paru clinis and the control are some age with cases group. From the research result of independent variable between casease and control:house the fulfill the requirement 34,0%,floor that fulfill the requirement 48,6%,wall floor that fulfill the requirement 55,6%,wide of ventilation that fulfill the requirement 46,5%,lighting that fulfillthe requirement47,9%,humidity that fulfill the requirement 47,2%. The result of statisticaltest from house density 0,0001 ,p=1,000 ,OR =0,940 ,CI 95% =0,472-1,873),kind of floor(x2 =6,255 ,p=0,012 ,OR =2,471,CI 95% =1,264-4,831),wide of ventilation(X2 =0,703 ,p = 0,402 ,OR =2,340,CI 95% =1,197-4,675),lighting (X2 = 5,471, P = 0,019, OR =2,340, CI 95% =1,197-4,573),and humidity(X2 = 2,257 ,p = 0,133,OR = 1,752,CI 95% = 0,905-3,393).To know the big risk with OR.Kind of floor (OR=2,257)and wide of ventilation (OR=2,346)show that there is correlation between house physic condition and lung TB disease. Based on the risk of physical house condition is potential to blossom lung disease (TB paru).because of we need house sanitation and the improvement of extension about healthy house.
