The design and realization of production equipment alcohol to carried out using Microcontroller based digital meters ATMega8535. This tool can be used to measure the level of alcohol in a vapor of solution, with the output of LCD displays. This instrument design consists of TGS 2620 sensor as a detector in a vapor alcohol solution, Microcontroller ATMega8535 for data conversion and analog to digital as data processing. LCD as output data viewer. It works by measuring the amount of alcohol solution and a vapor change in voltage magnitude, voltage is converted from analog to digital data. And this processing data will be shown in the output of LCD displays.
