Abstract

Penghargaan kualitas adalah penghargaan yang diberikan kepada individual atau organisasi yang bertujuan untuk mendorong penerapan manajemen mutu. MBNQA merupakan program penghargaan berdasarkan pencapaian organisasi terhadap Malcolm Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence (MBCfPE). MBCfPE merupakan panduan manajemen terbaik untuk membuat sebuah perusahaan menjadi unggul. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai skoring PT Telkom Divre IV Jateng & DIY, terkait dengan implementasi Malcolm Baldrige di perusahaan. Kriteria Malcolm Baldrige yang diamati meliputi kepemimpinan, perencanaan strategis, fokus pasar dan pelanggan, pengukuran analisis dan manajemen pengetahuan, fokus sumber daya manusia, manajemen proses dan hasil bisnis. Setelah melakukan identifikasi implementasi Malcolm Baldrige diperusahaan, kemudian setiap kriteria dilakukan review dimensi proses dan dimensi hasil, dilanjutkan pemberian skor untuk setiap item dengan melihat pada scoring guidelines. Hasil skoring yang diperoleh perusahaan 578,5 hal ini menunjukkan bahwa organisasi sudah menunjukkan approach yang sistematis, efektif serta telah di deployment dengan baik responsif terhadap persyaratan item dalam garis besar persyaratan item. Dan perusahaan sudah menunjukkan evaluasi dan perbaikan yang sistematis berbasis fakta serta pembelajaran organisasional yang menghasilkan perbaikan efektivitas dan efisien proses-proses kunci. Serta hasil memenuhi hampir semua persyaratan kunci pelanggan/ stakeholder kunci, pasar dan proses serta menunjukkan kinerja yang baik. ABSTRACT Quality Award is award for individual or organization with aim to push implementation quality management. MBNQA that is award program with due attainment of organization to Malcolm Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence ( MBCFPE). MBCFPE is best management guidance to make a company become to excellence. The Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence provide a systems perspective for understanding performance management. The goal of this research is to know scoring value at PT Telkom Divre IV Jateng & DIY, related with the implementation of Malcolm Baldrige in this company. Criteria Malcolm Baldrige include of leadership, strategic planning, customer and market focus, measurement, analysis, and knowledge management, workforce focus, management process, and business result. After identify implementation of Malcolm Baldrige, then done review dimension of process and result, continued by given score to each item seen at scoring guidelines. Result of scoring process organization is 578,5, indication that the organization demonstrates effective, systematic, well-deployed approaches responsive to the overall requirements of the Items. The organization demonstrates a fact-based, systematic evaluation and improvement process and organizational learning that result in improving the effectiveness and efficiency of key processes. Results address most key customer/stakeholder, market, and process requirements, and they demonstrate areas of strength against relevant comparisons and/or benchmarks. Improvement trend and/or good performance are reported for most areas of importance to the organization's key requirements.
