Abstract

Nowdays technology development in vehicle very high, because of that we need metodology principal with high efficiency. with the result that we need to make an innovation to develop efficiency at vehicle engine to get maksimal result at combustion chamber. In this simulation, elevated from the horizontal plane at an angle of 40 degrees, The cylinder diameter is 93.65 mm, the inlet port diameter is 46.00 mm, and the valve diameter is 43.00 mm. combustion chamber length is 100 mm, distance valve open and close is 10mm. in this simulation we use material ough inlet port is mixture of oil of turpentine and tetraline with material properties is densitas ρ 894 kg/m3 dan Viscosity μ adalah sebesar 0.00152875 kg/m-s. In this simulation we also use oher material : n-Oktan (C8H18), Benzena (C6H6), and mixture of n-Oktan (C8H18) and air.Mass flow trough inlet port is 1.379 kg/s In this case, we want to know the result of Velocity Madnitude, Z-Velocity, and Total Pressure in combustion chamber.in this simulation we devided the combustion chamber in to seven area there is +5mm, +10 mm, +15mm, this positif area are in the top of closed valve surface, and other area is -5mm, -10mm -25mm and -40mm this negatif area are in the back side of closed valve surface.
