Abstract
Perkembangan bisnis yang cepat sekarang ini telah menyebabkan meningkatnya iklim persaingan usaha di Indonesia. Dengan kondisi tersebut setiap perusahaan, baik publik maupun privat, dipaksa untuk mengkaji ulang strategi bisnisnya agar bertahan dan mampu memenangkan persaingan. PT. PLN sebagai institusi bisnis publik sekaligus aset negara memiliki kewajiban untuk menciptakan kesejahteraan nasional dan melindungi kepentingan publik. Tugas akhir ini membahas tentang seberapa besar dan riil tingkat kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan PT. PLN dengan menerapkan CRM (Customer Relationship Management) yang baik, sehingga diharapkan dapat terjadi kepuasan pelanggan. Hasil dari pengolahan data dengan menggunakan korelasi kanonik menunjukkan bahwa adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara dimensi kualitas jasa dengan kepuasan pelanggan, ABSTRACT Currently, the fast developing business is causes increasing of business competition climate in Indonesia. With this conditions, every company which public or private, forced to looking back their business strategy for defend and capable to win the competition. PT PLN as a public business institution and assets of a country have due to create national safety and to protect the public importance. This final project is discussed about how is big and real the level of service quality that given by PT PLN with used a good CRM (Costumer Relationship Management), so that hope can be customer loyalty. The result from data processing by using canonical correlations is indicated that there are significant correlations between dimensions of service quality and customer loyalty.
