Abstract
Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA) is digital wireless technology by using a unique system and confidentiality of data, it is also able to overcome the interference or jamming well as alternative communication. However, CDMA system also have limitations in capacity. Previous method, partition cell, have overcome limitation capacity of cell, by dividing cell into two cell which have a different radius. A small cell radius is called inner cell and the larger radius one is called outer cell, this distinction is done by reducing the power radiation and height of antenna. In this final task, analyze CDMA cell capacity using with no partition cell and with partition that is added sectorization to more increase cell capacity. Sectorization is isolation a cell become a smaller part to reduce interference from other users who are in one sector with others. Determining partition cell capacity by calculating in several stages, they are, the link budget analysis to determine the Maximum Allowable Path Loss (MAPL) for the inner cell and outer cell, the radius cell determining to calculate using the model of outdoor propagation Walfish-Ikegami and calculating cell capacity to know raising capacity result. The result of CDMA sectorized cell partition is a increase capacity almost three times (2.89 times) than the cell without partition
