Abstract
Agregate mixture performance on pavement construction could be improved by modifying mixture pavement, so that got asphalt mixture denaturing, specially at flabby dot and penetration by enhancing additional materials, solid rubber of materials vulcanize, so that expected at this research can lessen sensitivity pavement to temperature and elasticity. Reseach done by way of comparing some asphalt mixture using some rubber rate variation of asphalt ( 0%, 1%, 2%, 3%, 4% and 5% ), and also checked the regarding comparasion of nature of HRS – WC mixture by using plan optimum asphalt rate references ( Pb ), then variation become some asphalt rate variation ( 6.0%, 6.5%, 7.0%, 7.5% and 8.0% ) at standart compact number of blow ( 2 x 75 ) ( standart Marshall ) and the last research for the mixture of HRS – WC is by using optimum asphalt rate reference ( KAO ) then asphalt rate variated into ( 6.6%, 7.1%, 7.6% and 8.1% ) and also enhanced some variation of rubber into each asphalt rate ( 0%, 1%, 2%, 3%, 4% and 5% ) at compact number, in standart condition ( 2 x 75 ) and the refusal density ( 2 x 400 ) condition. Result of reseach indicated that KAO weared ( 7.1% ) very influencing esult from density value, VMA, VIM, Flow, Stability, MQ and also IRS. Mixture HRS – WC with various modification is percentage of rubber at asphalt can improve and also maintain its closeness, tying between aggregate with asphalt upon which fastener gain strength so that can detain heavy traffic burden without happened bleeding, its mount, asphalt elasticity mount and flexible progressively. Addition of rubber at asphalt is not exactly result bad quality asphalt mixture. For the type of HRS – WC mixture with rubber rate variation of asphalt will yield structural value will result better asphalt mixture in rate time pavement 7.1% with addition of rubber at asphalt equal to 2%.
