Abstract
Analysis Implementation of the Credit Providing in PT. Bank Haga Semarang Branch, Nani Triwahyuniati, thesis, Master’s Degree Program of Notary of Diponegoro University, Semarang, Year 2008. The credit analysis is an evaluation upon the credit appealing (either new credit appealing, the extension/renewing, or restructuring) upon the appropriateness of the debtor. There are several credit evaluation principles that are often completed. They are 5 C’s, which are: the evaluation of character, capacity, capital, collateral, and the debtor’s condition of economy. Upon the thesis writing, the Author used the approach of juridical empirical method that is a method or procedure used to solve the obstacle, which starts in advance with the examining of the secondary data and continues with examining of the primary data on the field. Based upon the research result, it is acknowledged that the utilization of 5 C’s upon every credit appealing is an absolute and a must to complete in order to evaluate the credit providing. In PT. Bank Haga Semarang Branch, the evaluation against the Credit appealing starts from examining the proposal and file of the credit appealing of the debtor candidates, followed with the investigation of the loan file, to the credit appropriateness evaluation using the analysis of 5 C’s. Whereas before the decision of the credit providing, after the credit appropriateness evaluation, there will be the first interview, location observation, and the second interview. Nevertheless, upon the application on the field, there are several risen obstacles that cause the utilization of 5 C’s upon the analysis of the credit providing could not be completed optimally, caused by the economical condition, the Bank management and the state’s political circumstances. Pelaksanaan Analisis Pemberian Kredit Di PT. Bank Haga Cabang Semarang, Nani Triwahyuniati, Tesis, Program Magister Kenotariatan Universitas Diponegoro, Semarang, Tahun 2008.
