BEBERAPA FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN PRAKTIK IBU DALAM BERKUNJUNG KE POSYANDU (DI WILAYAH PUSKESMAS TANJUNG PURI KABUPATEN SINTANG PROVINSI KALIMANTAN BARAT)

Abstract

Posyandu berbagai salah satu bentuk Usaha Kesehatan Berbasis Masyarakat, merupakan wujud nyata peran serta maayarakat dalam pembangunan kesehatan. Tingakat kunjungan posyandu sangat krang (D/S<50%). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor yang berhubungan dengan praktik ibu dalam berkunjung ke posyandu. (explanatory research) dengan menggunakan metode survey dengan pendekatan cross sectional study. Jumlah populasio 836. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 101 responden. Uji Statistik yang digunakan chi Square. Pengetahuan responden terhadap Posyandu baik (51,50%) Sikap mendukung posyandu (61,40%). Dukungan keluarga dalam posyandu baik (54,50%). Praktik reponden dalam posyandu baik (64,40%). Ada hubungan antara status imunisasi balita dengan praktik (p.value=0,030. Ada hubungan antara pengetahuan dengan praktik, (p.value=0,001. Ada hubungan antara sikap dengan praktik (p.value=0,001. Ada hubungan antara dukungan keluarga dengan praktik, (p.value=0,011). Perlu ditingkat promosi program, kegiatan sasaran dan manfaat posyandu. Mengadakan program khusus untuk membina kesehatan balita yang status imunisasinya sudah lengkap, dengan pendekatan kelompok bermain dengan permainan yang bisa mendorong anak bertumbuh dan berkembang secara optimal, untuk memotivasi ibu yang mempunyai balita dengan status imunisasi sudah lengkap mau berkunjung ke posyandu. Mengadakan pelatihan kader secara berkala untuk memotivasi kader mengajak ibu-ibu ke posyandu. Need be improved promotion of program activity, target and Integrited servicing post benefit. Performs special program to canstruct health of child of under five years which its immunization status have been compete, with approach of group of fidding around with game which able to push chlid to spring up and grows in an optimal, to motiate mother having child under five years with immunization status have been complete will pay a visit to Integrited servicing post.
