ANALISIS PROSES PENERIMAAN SISTEM INFORMASI iCons DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN TECHNOLOGY ACCEPTANCE MODEL PADA KARYAWAN PT.BANK NEGARA INDONESIA (PERSERO) TBK. DI KOTA SEMARANG

Abstract

This research was motivated to analyze the iCONS Information System acceptance of PT. Bank BNI Employee using Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The reason of using TAM that TAM is the best concept to be taken as model on explaining user attitude of new tecnology. Based on this argument the researc is titled “The Acceptance Process of iCONS information System Using Technology Acceptance Model on PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Employes in Semarang City. The population of the research is all PT. Bank Negara Indonesia employee of Semarang and the sample was taken using proportional sampling method, due to the characteristic of the population distribusion on each PT. Bank BNI branches. The data analysis was done using Structural Equation Modelling. Based on the result of analyze thre were only 8 of 16 hipothesis were accepted. Here below were the corelation was proof to be statisticaly significant: a) identification and perceived ease of use, b) compliance and perceived ease of use, c) self efficacy and perceived ease of use, d) self efficacy and perceived usefulness, e) identification and perceived usefulness, f) identification and perceived attitude, g) compliance and attitude, h) perceived usefullnes and attitude. Final concluding remark of the research is the transition process of iCONS information system from BOSS information system was not explainable using TAM. Penelitian ini termotivasi untuk menganalisis penerimaan Sistem Informasi iCons pada karyawan PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (persero) Tbk. di Kota Semarang dengan menggunakan Technology Acceptance Mode. Penggunaan model TAM didasarkan pada kenyataan bahwa sejauh ini TAM merupakan sebuah konsep yang dianggap paling baik dalam menjelaskan perilaku user terhadap sistem teknologi informasi baru. Untuk membuktikan secara empiris perilaku user atas perubahan Sistem BOSS ke Sistem iCons di PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Kota Semarang penelitian ini menggunakan konsep Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Dengan demikian penelitian ini berjudul “Analisis Proses Penerimaan Sistem Informasi iCons Dengan Menggunakan Technology Acceptance Model pada Karyawan PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Di Kota Semarang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (persero) Tbk yang ada dikota Semarang. Penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan proportional sampling yaitu metode pengambilan sampel secara proporsional berdasarkan sub populasi. Pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik proportional sampling dilakukan karena populasi dalam penelitian ini menyebar di kantor-kantor cabang di seluruh Semarang yang meliputi Kantor Wilayah 05, Cabang Semarang, Cabang Karangayu dan Cabang Undip. Analisis data dilakukan dengan SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) dengan software AMOS (Analysis of Moment Structure). Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan hanya 8 hipotesis diterima dari total 16 hipotesis yang diajukan. Hanya pada hubungan berikut yang terbukti signifikan: a) identification dengan perceived ease of use, b) compliance dengan perceived ease of use, c) self efficacy dengan perceived ease of use, d) self efficacy dengan perceived usefulness, e) identification dengan perceived usefulness, f) identification dengan perceived attitude, g) compliance dengan attitude, h) perceived usefullnes dengan attitude. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa proses transisi perubahan sistem BOSS ke sistem iCons tidak sepenuhnya dapat dijelaskan oleh Technology Acceptance Model.
