ANALISIS PERSEPSI PASIEN TENTANG POLIKLINIK UMUM TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMANFAATAN ULANGNYA DI RS PANTIWILASA "CITARUM" SEMARANG

Abstract

Jumlah pasien pada tahun 2005 di Poliklinik di Rumah Sakit Pantiwilasa Citarum (RSPWC) mengalami penurunan sebanyak 25% meskipun tarif pelayanan serta lokasi rumah sakit terjangkau dan fasilitas umum telah dilengkapi serta para pemberi pelayanan telah berusaha memberikan pelayanan dengan performance yang baik dan profesional. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui persepsi pasien tentang akses lokasi rumah sakit, tarif di poliklinik umum, informasi (promosi) tentang poliklinik umum, fasilitas di poliklinik umum, pelayanan di poliklinik umum, petugas di poliklinik umum dan pengaruhnya terhadap keputusan pemanfaatan ulang di Poliklinik RSPWC. Penelitian obsevasional terhadap pasien Poliklinik RSPWC diperoleh perhitungan sampel sebanyak 100 orang pada derajat ketepatan 0,1. Data dari variabel yang diteliti dikumpulkan dengan pendekatan belah lintang dengan menggunakan kuesener. Data dianalisis secara bertingkat yaitu analisis univariat untuk mendiskripsikan setiap variabel, kemudian analisis bivariat dengan uji Chi Square untuk menguji hubungan variabel bebas dengan variabel terikat selanjutnya analisis multivariat dengan uji analisis regresi logistik berganda untuk menguji variabel bebas yang paling berpengaruh terhadap variabel terikat. Persepsi tentang akses lokasi, pelayanan dan petugas cukup baik. Persepsi tentang tarif dan fasilitas baik. Persepsi tentang informasi (promosi) tidak baik. Persepsi tentang tarif (p=0,023) dan akses lokasi (p=0,033) mempunyai hubungan yang bermakna dan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pemanfaatan ulang poliklinik umum RSPWC. Persepsi tentang akses lokasi paling berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pemanfaatan ulang. Untuk meningkatkan pemanfaatan ulang, sebaiknya RSPWC memperjelas petunjuk dan alur pemeriksaan pasien dan mengadakan kerjasama dengan media cetak maupun media elektronika yang melibatkan masyarakat dalam rangka upaya promosi. The patient amount in the year 2005 in polyclinic of Pantiwilasa Citarum Hospital (RSPWC) experienced 25% decreasing although service tarif was low and also hospital location was easy to be reached and the public facility have been equiped completely and also the provider have tried to give service with professional and good performance. This research aimed to know perception of patient about hospital location accessibility, price in general polyclinic, information (promotion) about general polyclinic, facility in general polyclinic, services in general polyclinic, staff in general polyclinic and the influential to decision of revisit in polyclinic of RSPWC Type of research was observational. Sample was obtained by taking 100 patients as respondents and having the degree of accuracy 0,1. Data from variable that will be observed to be collected by cross sectional approaching using the questioner sheets. Data were analysed step by step using analysis of univariat for describing each variable, then analyse the bivariat with test of Chi Square for the relationship between independent variable with dependent variable. Furthermore, multivariat analysis with multiple logistics regression to test independent variable which most having an effect on to dependent variable. Respondents have a good enough perseption about hospital location, accessibility services and staff in general polyclinic. About price and facility in general polyclinic, the responder have a good perseption. For the information (promotion) about general polyclinic, some respondents have bad perseption. Perseption about hospital location accessibility (p=0,033) and price (p=0,023) in general policlinic have significant relationship and influential to decision of revisit. To increase the utilization of services, it is better to RSPWC for clarifying the path and examination guide of the patient and having cooperation with the press media and electronics press entangling public society particularly to promote services in hospital.
