Abstract

Warung makan merupakan tempat pelayanan umum yang mengolah dan menyediakan makanan bagi masyarakat, sehingga warung makan mempunyai poetensi cukup besar untuk menimbulkan gangguan kesehatan atau penyakit akibat makanan yang dihasilkan. Dari survey pendahuluan terhadap 15 warung makan di wilayah Kecamatan Sleman 12 warung makan belum menyediakan sarana sanitasi seperti yang disyaratkan kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengethahui hubungan antara pengetahuan pengelola warung makan dengan kualitas sarana sanitasi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah explanatory surveydengan pendekatan yang digunakan cross sectional.Populasi penelitian sebanyak 63 warung makan di Wilayah Kecamatan Sleman dengan jumlah 38 warung makan. Pengambilan sample yang digunakan adalah dengan acak sederhana 9Simple Random Sampling). Analisa data dilakukan secara univariat,bivariat dengan uji statistik korelasi Rank Spearman (q =0,050,signifikasi ditentukan jika nilai pValue kurang dari q. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 38 responden dengan proporsi terbesar 17 (44,7%) mempunyai pengetahuan sedang tentang sarana sanitasi, sarana air bersih 14 (36,8%) mempunyai kualitas sedang,sarana pembuangan air limbah 18(47,4%) mempunyai kualitas kualitas buruk,sarana pembungan sampah 30 (78,9%) mempunyai kualitas sedang, sarana cuci tangan 19 (50%) mempunyai kualitas buruk dan sarana cuci alat 29 (76,3%) mempunyai kualitas sedang. Dari uji korelasi Rank Spearmanmenunjukkan bahwa variabel pengetahuan memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan kualitas sarana air bersih p value0,014 , 0,05 dan kuat hubungan r = 0,362, kualitas sarana pembuangan limbah p value 0.000 <0,05 dan kuat hubungan r = 0,626, kualitas sarana pembuangan sampah p value 0,000 < 0,05 dan kuat hubungan r = 0,619, kualitas sarana cuci tangan p value 0,000< 0,05 dan kuat hubungan r = 0,767, kualitas sarana cuci alat p value 0,000 < 0,05 dan kuat hubungan r = 0,681. Disarankan pengelola warung makan agar dibentuk paguyuban/ kelompok untuk memperlancar informasi yang diperlukan. Dinas Kesehatan untuk meningkatkan penyuluhan dan pengawasan terhadap warung makan, memberikan penyuluhan kepada masyarakat supaya mengerti tentang warung makan yang memenuhi syarat kesehatan. Kata Kunci: (Pengetahuan pengelola warung makan, kualitas sarana sanitasi THE CORRELATION BETWEEN KNOWLEDGE OF FOOD STALL ORGANIZER AND QUALITY OF SANITATION MEANS IN SLEMAN SUB DISTRICT AREA,SLEMAN DISTRICT A food stall is a public service place that manages and provides some food for people. Thus, a food stall has a quite big potenmtial to cause health disorder or illnesses due to the food.Fromm the introduction survey conducted to 15 food stalls in the area of Sleman Sub District, 12 food stalls haven't provided a sanitation means. This research has aim to know the correlation between a knowledge of food stall organizer and a quality of sanitation means. Kind of the research is an explanatory survey with cross sectional approach. The research population is in the amount of 63 food stalls in the area of Sleman Sub District with the number of samples area 38 food stall. The sample taking used was simple random sampling. The data analysis conducted in a univariat,bivariat manner with correlation statistical of Rank Spearman (q =0,05). The result of this research demonstrates that from 38 respondents with the biggest proportion of 17 (44,7%) have a medium knowledge about means of sanitation, clean water 14 (36,8%) have a medium quality, means of waste disposal 18 (47,4%) have a bad qualities, means of garbage disposal 30 (78,9%) have medium quality, means of hand washing 19 (50%) have a bad quality and means of tools washing 29 (76,3%) have a medium quality. The correlation test of rank Spearman indicates that knowledge variable has a significant correlation with the quality of clean water p value 0,014 < 0,05 and the correlation r = 0,362, the quality of waste disposal means with p value 0,000 < 0,05 and the correlation r = 0,626, the quality of garbage disposal means with p value 0,000 < 0,05 and the correlation r = 0,619, the quality of hand washing means with p value 0,000 < 0,05 and the correlation r = 0,767, the quality of tools washing means with p value, 0,000<0,05 and the correlation r = 0,681. It is suggested to establish a group of food stall organizer for accelerating the required information, to increase the extension and controlling to the food stalls, to give and extension to the people sa that know about food stall which fulfillthe health requirements.
