KUTIPAN BUKU LETTER C SEBAGAI ALAT BUKTI UNTUK MEMPEROLEH HAK ATAS TANAH DI KECAMATAN DUREN SAWIT, JAKARTA TIMUR

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the citation Letter C book as an evidence to get a right of land property in Duren Sawit District, especially in Pondok Kelapa and Pondok Kopi Village. This research is juridical empirical research, which is the field research which is supported by literature research. The data obtained are the primary and secondary ones. The primary data were taken from field research with interview method from resource person, whereas the secondary data were picked up from primary, secondary and tertiary law materials taken from literature research. This research uses non random sampling method where not all population were given opportunity to be the sample, while sample taking techniques used purposive sampling method. The research results show that Citation Letter C book is a right of the land property; in a fact Citation Letter C book it just an evidence of tax payment. The Procedure to get a right of land property by using Citation Letter C accepted as early evidence. There are so many problem related to the procedure of getting right of land property by using Citation Letter C book as an evidence. These problems make process of registration of land property right take a long time and waste much money.
