PENGARUH STRUKTUR KEPEMILIKAN TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN (STUDI EMPIRIS PADA PERUSAHAAN MANUFAKTUR YANG TERDAFTAR DI BEI TAHUN 2003-2007)

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of ownership structures on firm values of listed manufacture companies in 2003 until 2007. Firm values are reflected by market value ofstock, Price Earning Ratio (PER), and book valueper stock ratio. This study used 3 types of ownership, they are board of director's ownership, institutional ownership, and managerial ownership. The populations ofthe study are all listed manufacture companies in 2003 until 2007. This study uses purposive sampling method to determine the sample. The sample that was used is manufacture companies which have data of board of director's ownership, institutional ownership, and managerial ownership. Data analysis was done by Partial Least Square (PLS). The result of this study show that ownership structures have significant effect on market value ofstock and book value per stock ratio, while they don't have any effect on Price Earning Ratio (PER).
