Abstract
The present, heat transfer on Component electronic system is very important. The topic in this paper is annalysing the effect of heat transfer using swirl fan effect. This effect is produced by the air flow of a fan. The fan that caused swirl direction on air flow. The using of this method is to increase the turbulence effect on the fluid, so it will make the cooling rate for heat transfer raise. The result of this experiment indicate that the cooling rate of the heat sink use swirl fan effect is higher than it no swirl fan effect, and the flow of the low velocity provide good effect.
