MODEL RESPON PENAWARAN PRODUKSI GULA MENGHADAPI LIBERALISASI PERDAGANGAN

Abstract

The purpose of the research were to estimate the supply response of sugar production as a react of change in sugar price, price of rice, price of fertilizer, productivity of sugarcane (rendemen) dan areal of sugarcane cultivated. Dan to estimate the response of change of domestic price as a react of change in world sugar price, tar(ff rate dan exchange rate. Model used is Simultaneous Error Corection Model by two stage least square method. Response of sugar price, areal cultivation, dan sugarcane produtivity on production are positif dan response of price of rice dan price of fertilizer on production are negatif Response of tariff rate on domestic price is negatif dan response of exchange rate dan world price of sugar are postal.
