Abstract
Leptospirosis is a zoonotic disease, which is caused by Leptospira and transmitted to human by contact with Leptospira contaminated animal urine or Leptospira contaminated environment. Semarang City is an area with 34 Leptospirosis occurrence during the last three years (July until November 2008). This research objective was for mapping the distribution of Leptospirosis occurrence and analyzed environmental risk factors by spatial analysis in order to produce surveillance information as early warning system and controlling Leptospirosis occurrence. This research representing observed and applied research by using primary and secondary data. Mapping and bivariat analysis of abiotic environmental showed some variable such as natural water body, air temperature and light intensity, rainfall index, acidity degree of water (pH) and acidity degree of soil (pH) have correlation with Leptospirosis occurrence. Multivariate analysis of abiotic environment showed that natural water body and light intensity gave 99 % contribution to Leptospirosis occurrence. Mapping and bivariat analysis of biotic environmental showed all variable such as vegetation, trap success and Leptospirosis prevalence at mouse have correlation with Leptospirosis occurrence. Multivariate analysis of biotic environment showed that vegetation gave 87,49 % contribution to Leptospirosis occurrence. Spatial analysis of abiotic and abiotic environment show 52,94 % Leptospirosis occurrence was happened in potential location and 47,06 % Leptospirosis occurrence was happened in non potential location, thereby abiotic and biotic environmental risk factor by collective representing factor which the especial sharing to Leptospirosis occurence.
