Abstract

This research try to investigate the impact of EDP staff and Service, user knowledge and user involvement, product characteristics, ease of use, system characteristics satisfaction to total satisfaction of system information user in Central Java Regional Office of Religion Department. Background of research is the application of Office Accounting System, and Fixed Asset Accounting System in Religion Department. This application has many implication because in Religion Department, most of personal staff does not have accounting education, and may have difficulties to implement new accounting system. Statistical test used in this research including validity and reliability test, econometric test, and correlation and regression. The result from any statistical test presenting that EDP Staff and Service, user knowledge and user involvement, system characteristics satisfaction has positive impact to total satisfaction of system information user. Product characteristics, and ease of use has negative impact on total satisfaction of system information user. In simultant test the impact of EDP staff and Service, user knowledge and user involvement, product characteristics, ease of use, system characteristics satisfaction to total satisfaction of system information user, the result also consistent with individual test.
