FINANCIAL HEALTHY ANALYSIS BEFORE AND AFTER MERGER AT PD BPR BKK CILACAP TENGAH.

Abstract

Healthy level of bank was the importance of all connected parties, both the owner and bank manager, public user of bank service, or Bank Indonesia as the constructor and bank supervisor. Bank assumed as the economical core country whereas public crediting bank which move in order to support micro business, small and middle. This research executed on PD BPR BKK Cilacap Tengah, moreover on 2006 BPR/BKK party experienced merger in order to overcome defiance and restrictiveness that so far become development BPR/BKK problems. Problem formulation in this research was how the condition of liquidity, financing, rentability, also productive active both before and after experienced merger. Evaluation of healthy level executed based on Bank Indonesia definition by Decision Letter of DIR BI No.30/12/KEP/DIR and handbill of BI No.30/3/UPPB at 30 April 1997 concerning system of BPR healthy level. This research belong to descriptive research whereas the meaning was to describe variable by variable, one by one. This research result shows the liquidity condition before healthy merger although there some experienced the problem with Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) which too high. Financing and rentability before merger also in good condition. The problems which often occurred was on Activa Productive BPR condition both in Productive Activa Quality (KAP) or Productive Activa elimination creation ratio (PPAP) that must be made. Possibility of this case cause by the high of Non Performing Loan (NPL) BPR still > 5 percent. Merger result generally shows financial performance development that occurred at PD BPR BKK Cilacap Tengah. Even there still lack which occurred about the high of NPL which occurred about 2 years after merger and PPAP ratio that must created get good enough evaluation on those 2 years. According to research result which executed therefore suggestion which given by the writer was that BPR party could keep carry out carefully principle in executed that crediting business.
