Abstract

This research is designed to analyze the influence of satisfaction with pay on the turnover intention, and organizational commitment as moderating variable. The respondents were 243 accounting lecturers in Central Java. The samples were collected by using purposive sampling method. The data were gathered by mail survey. The data were analyzed by using SEM (Structural Equation Model). The result of the data analysis show that all proposed hypotheses are accepted.
