Abstract

Labaur effectiveness is a must in any organization including government administration. That's why this thsis concerns : The needed correlation between Motivation, Leadership,and Developed Organization for Labour- e•ectiveness in the office of' Subdistrit Central Semarang" in Semarang Municipality. This thesis based on research using 38 respondents has been undertaken in the office mentioned. Labour effectiveness among employers in the mentioned office is influenced by many factors,but this research deals only with factors concerning motivation, leadership and organization. Dealing with motivasion forms the whole driving power for the employees and his subordinates so that th e subordinates are willing and are able to do their utmost in order that the aim of the organization is reached and maximum result can be attained. Leadership of a Leader should also include lmowledge about the charaster of the employers and is concerned for the situation and condition of those the Leader is leading. A leader should be able to create an easy solution to stimulate awarenees among his subordinates. A developed organization is a value to adhere to as a people's guide to fulfil their duties and to take care of the organization. The result of the hipothesis is as follows. There is a corelation between motivation, effectiveness, with Kendall's rank value of 0,277 with 0.012 significance.' There is a correlation between organization and effectiveness, with Kendall's rank 0,272 and 0,02 significance. There is a correlation between motivation ,leadership and organization with Kendall's rank 0,807. While ots influence is 65,1 % Efektivitas kerja pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan Semarang Tengah Kota. Semarang dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor, namun peneliti hanya membahas faktor-faktor motivasi, kepemimpinan, dan budaya organisasi. Dalam pembahasannya motivasi merupakan keseluruhan pe.mberian penggerak kepada pegawai dad seorang atasan kepada bawahan, sehingqa bawahan man dan mampu mr•beri yang terbaik sehingga tujuan organisasi tercapai serta. di dapaikan hasll yang maksimal Kepemimpinan dad seorang pemimpin harus mengenal sifat, situasi dan kondisi yang dipimpin. Pemimpin harus mampu menciptakan kemudahan untuk merangsang kesadaran yang dip impin. Adapun budaya organisasi merupakan nilai yang menjadi pegangan &Huber daya manusia. dalam menjalankan kewajibannya. dan juga perilakunya di dalam suatu organisasi. Basil uji hipotesis adalah : Ada hubungan antara motivasi dehgan efektivitas, dengan nilai rank kendall's sebesar 0,277, dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,012. Ada hubungan antara kepemimpinan dengan efektivitas, nilai rank kendall's sebesar 0,277, dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,020. Ada hubungan Sara budaya organisasi dengan efektivitas, nilai rank kendall's sebesar 0,272 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,023. Ada hubungan antara motivasi, kepetnimpinan, dan budaya organisasi dengan efektivitas dengan koefisien rank kendall's sebesar 0,807. Sedangkan pengaruhnya sebesar 65,1 person.
