ANALISIS IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN AMP ( Akuntabilitas Kinerja Instansi Pemerintah ) SEKRETARIAT DAERAH PROPINSI JAWA TENGAH

Abstract

This research aims to (I) discuss and analyze factor of work culture, • communication and strategic planning in the implementation of AMP SETDA policy in the Central Java Province Government (ii) to analyze involved variables in the implementation of AKIP policy. The analysis is done with the help of frequency table of respondents' answers with the enrichment of observation and indepth interview. Sole correlation analysis in the research uses Kendall Konkordansi. research. The research results simultaneously are the correlation between independent variables and dependent variables bwtoe : (1) strategic planning (2) communication (3) work culture. Meanwhile, the contribution of three variables towards the implementation of AKIP policy reaches 36.12 % contributed by other variables examined. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (i) mengkaji dan menganalisis faktor Budaya ketja, Komunikasi, dan Perencanaan strategis dalam Implementasi Kebijakan AKIP SETDA Pemerintah Propinsi Jawa Tengah (ii) menganalisis variabel-variabel terkait Implementasi Kebijakan AKIP. Analisis dilakukan dengan bantuan tabel frekuensi jawaban responden dengan diperkaya melalui observasi dan Indepth interview. Analisis korelasional tunggal dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Rank Kendall sedangkan untuk korelasional ganda menggunakan Konkordansi Kendall. Hasil penelitian secara berurutan kekuatan hubungan antara variabel independen dengan dependen berikut (1) Perencanaan strategis (2) Komunikasi (3) Budaya Kerja. Sedangkan sumbangan secara bersama ketiga variabel terhadap Implementasi Kebijakan AKIP mencapai 36,12 % sementara 63,88 % disumbang oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak diteliti.
