Abstract

This direction's research is to brow the relation between Diktat Administrasi Utnum ( .ADUM ) Curriculum, widyaiswara competence and quality service of Diktat diciple performance in Balai Diktat Aga= Semarang. The number of population as big as 534, otherwise sample which is taken is 45 respondents with propusive sampling ( regional sample). The assesment be held by using RankKendall analysis technique, afterwards to know the large relation among variables is used concordance coeffition. The analysis result prove that there's significant relation with significant phase between 95 % for each independent variables with dependent variable manner single-handed although together. The analysis result mention (1) positive relation between variable diktat ADUM curriculum with variable Diktat diciple performance ( Z to calculate = 5,786 > 1,96 ) (2) positive relation between variable of widyaiswara competence and variable ofDiklat diciple performance ( Z to calculate =9,234> 1,96) (3) Positive relation between variable of quality service and variable of Diktat diciple performance ( Z to calculate = 6,543 31,96 ) Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara Kurikulum Diklat Administrasi Umum ( AMID/ ), kompetensi widyaiswara dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap performance peserta Diklat di Balai Diklat Agama Semarang.Jumlah populasi sebesar 534, sedangkan sampel yang diambil 45 responden dengan propusife sampling ( sampel wilayah ). Pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik analisis Rank Kendall, kemudian untuk mengetahui besarnya hubungan antara variabel digunakan koefisien Konkordan%i. Hasil analisis membuktikan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan taraf signifikan oi % antara masing-masing variabel independen dengan variabel dependen secara sendiri-sendiri maupun bersama-sama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) Hubungan yang positif antara variabel Kurikulum Diklat ADUM dengan variabel performance peserta Dildat ( Z hitung = 5,786 > 1,96 ) (2) Hubungan yang positif antara variabel kompetensi widyaiswara dengan variabel performance peserta Diktat ( Z hitung 9,230>1,96 ) (3) Hubungan yang positif antara variabel kualitas pelayanan dengan variabel performance peserta Dildat ( Z hitung = 6,543 >1,96)
