Abstract

The purpose of the research in the thesis are for discribing the job performance, regulation understanding, the level of responsibility, and the condition of management organization of basic elementary schools in. Banjarnegara regency, besides, for examining the relation between job performance education variable and regulation understanding variable, the level of responsibility and the education of management organization in the basic elementary schools in Banjarnegara regency. The research population were from 698 schools sample gained were 106 person. The data of the research were collected by using questioner for all variable and by using indepth interview, and also using documentation methode for collecting secondair data. The data analysis used was the discriptive analysis by using the creteria for quantitatife data and interactife analysis used for qualitatife data. Based on discriptive analysis it was gained that most of the variable of job performance of elementary education, regulation understanding, the level of responsibility, the level of responsibility and the condition- of organization and the management of elementary school in Banjamegara regency were in the low category. Tujuan penelitian dalam tesis ini adalah untuk mendiskripsikan kinerja pendidikan, pemanahaman regulasi, tingkat responsibilitas, serta kondisi organisasi manajemen sekolah dasar dan menengah di Kabupaten Banjarnegara. Selain itu untuk menguji keterkaitan variabel kinerja pendidikan dengan variabel pemahaman regulasi, tingkat responsibilitas, dan kondisi organisasi manajemen sekolah dasar dan menengah di kaupaten Banjarnegara. Pupulasi penelitia ini 698 sekolah dan sampel diambil dari 106 orang. Data penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner untuk semua variabel dan diperdalam dengan menggunakan wawancara mendalam, serta dengan metode dokumentasi untuk mengumpulkan data skunder. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis diskriptif dengan menggunakan analisis tabel silang -untuk data kualitatif dan analisis interaktif digunakan untuk data kualitatif. Berdasarkan analisis diskriptif diperoleh variabel kinerja pendidikan, pemahaman regulasi, tingkat responsibilitas, dan kondisi organisasi manajemen sekolah dasar dan menengah di Kabupaten Banjarnegara sebagian besar berada pada kategori-rendah.
