Abstract
A main problem that is faced by a management of Telogorejo Hospital is low of entering prescription from the General Clinic to the Pharmacy Installation at Telogorejo Hospital. A contribution for overall income at Telogorejo Hospital from the Pharmacy Installation is 40 percents. Therefore, it needs to do research about the factors of pharmaceutical services that could predict a decision of repeatedly buying a medicine. The aim of this research was to know the factors of pharmaceutical services that could predict a decision of repeatedly buying a medicine as an advice to improve a quality of pharmaceutical services. This was an observational research using cross sectional approach. Number of respondent was 90 persons. They were the general clinic's patients who bought a medicine for the first time at the Pharmacy Installation at Telogorejo Hospital. Research instrument used questionnaires. Data was analyzed by univariate, bivariate, and multivariate method using Chi Square test and Logistic Regression with Enter method and significant level on 0.05. Result of this research shows that the factors which have significant relationship with a decision of repeatedly buying a medicine at the Pharmacy Installation at Telogorejo Hospital are physical environment (p value = 0.011), friendliness (p value = 0.004), completeness of medicines (p value = 0.001), ease of services (p value = 0.0001), and information of a medicine safety (p value = 0.0001). Un-easy of services could predict a decision of repeatedly buying a medicine equal to 6.3 times compare with very easy of services. Incompleteness of medicines could predict a decision of repeatedly buying a medicine equal to 4.6 times compare with completeness of medicines. The factors of pharmaceutical services, which could predict a decision of repeatedly buying a medicine, are incompleteness of medicines and un-easy of services. A management of Telogorejo Hospital should improve an obedience of a doctor to formularies, increase a number of officers, and improve a work motivation. Beside that, an officer should deliver medicines, which is bought by patients to their home without additional cost. Masalah utama yang dihadapi manajemen RS Telogorejo Semarang adalah rendahnya pemasukan resep dari Klinik Umum ke Instalasi Farmasi RS Telogorejo. Pemasukan dari Instalasi Farmasi memberi kontribusi sebesar 40% bagi pendapatan rumah sakit secara keseluruhan. Oleh karena itu perlu diteliti tentang faktor-faktor pelayanan farmasi yang dapat memprediksi keputusan membeli ulang obat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor pelayanan farmasi yang memprediksi keputusan membeli obat ulang sebagai masukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan farmasi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah observasional dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 90 orang pasien klinik umum yang baru pertama kali membeli obat di Instalasi Farmasi RS Telogorejo. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Data dianalisis secara univariat, bivariat, dan multivariat dengan menggunakan uji Chi Square dan Logistik Regresi dengan metode Enter pada tingkat kesalahan 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan faktor-faktor pelayanan farmasi yang berhubungan secara bermakna dengan keputusan membeli obat ulang di Instalasi Farmasi RS Telogorejo adalah lingkungan fisik (p value = 0.011), keramahan petugas (p value = 0.004), kelengkapan obat (p value = 0.001), kemudahan pelayanan (p value = 0.0001) dan informasi keamanan obat (p value = 0.0001). Pelayanan yang kurang mudah memiliki besar risiko untuk tidak membeli obat ulang sebesar 6.3 kali dibandingkan pelayanan yang sangat mudah. Persediaan obat yang tidak lengkap memiliki besar risiko untuk tidak membeli obat ulang sebesar 4.6 kali dibandingkan persediaan obat yang lengkap. Faktor pelayanan farmasi yang dapat memprediksi keputusan membeli obat ulang adalah persediaan obat tidak lengkap dan kurang mudah mendapat pelayanan. Manajemen RS Telogorejo perlu meningkatkan kepatuhan dokter pada formularium, menyediakan pelayanan 24 jam pada apotek satelit yang berdekatan dengan klinik umum, menambah jumlah petugas dan meningkatkan motivasi kerja. Selain itu sebaiknya petugas mengantarkan obat yang dibeli pasien ke rumah mereka tanpa tambahan biaya.
