Abstract

Using of used cooking It’s not good for healthy because the oil have been damaged, where thick of syrup of oil, be full of foam, smoke, and taste produce, brown color and like not smel l. Therefore need the existence of the effort ex-cooking oil processing efeciency so that can be re-exploited good used to need others. Especial process in this research is adsorpsi with the experienced bentonit so that acis contentd free fat and colloid in cooking oil downhill secondhand and clearness of cooking oil of secondhand will mount. This research intended to study or investigation as far as where can used clearness of cooking oil secondhand. Attempt procedure in this research cover the, bentonit drainage, analyse the raw material, attempt execution with the variation of condition operate for the (variable change) covering temperature (60 oC ; 70 oC ; 80 oC ; 90 oC ; 100 oC), time reacted (20 minute; 25 minute 30 minute; 35 minute; 40 minute), bentonit consentrate (5%; 10%; 12,5%; 20%; 25%). Process here in after analyse the result of from optimasi conducted at temperature consdition (60 oC - 100 oC), time reacted (20 minute; 25 minute; 30 minute; 35 minute; 40 minute), bentonite concentrate (5%; 10%; 12,5%; 20%; 25%) got by a cooking oil clearness best secondhand at temperature 100 0C, time reacted 20 minute, and bentonite concentrate 25 %.
