Abstract
Ahmad Yani Airport, Semarang, has noise intensity over limit value of 85 dBA. Workers work continuously 8 hour a day or more exposed aircraft noise over limit value has risk blood pressure increased. The Objective of this research was determined the factors induced of blood pressure increased in workers exposed to noise of Ahmad Yani Airport. This research used cross sectional design. Population was worker of Ahmad Yani Airport from security unit, cargo unit and PKP-PK unit (Aircraft Rescue & Fire Fighting). Number of total respondent was n=60. Data was analyzed by univarate analysis by using table of frequency distribution and analyze the percentage, bivariate analysis by using statistical test of CM-Square and multivariate analysis by using statistical test of logistic regression. This research found that: (1) 33 peoples (55%) had systolic increased and 36 peoples (60%) had diastolic increased; (2) 45 peoples (75%) had noise exposed over 85 dBA; (3) 22 peoples (36.7%) have been working over 10 years; (4) 18 peoples (30%) work over 8 hours/day; (5) 54 peoples (90%) are smoker, (6) 52 peoples (86.7%) did not wear ear protector equipment. In conclusions: (1). There were significant relationship between noise intensity, year of working and working hours with systolic increased; (2). There ware significant relationship between noise intensity and year of working with diastolic increased; (3). There were significant relationship between noise intensity and year of working together with systolic increased. Worker who have been working over 10 years and had noise exposed over 85 dBA have probability 68.7% systolic increased. Worker who had noise exposed over 85 dBA have probability 53.7% diastolic increased. Bandara Ahmad Yani Semarang mempunyai kebisingan melebihi nilai ambang batas 85 dBA. Pekerja di Bandara Ahmad Yani bekerja terus-menerus selama 8 jam sehari atau lebih, serta mendapat pajanan kebisingan penerbangan melebihi nilai ambang batas, berisiko menaikan tekanan darah. Tujuan dad penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa yang mempengaruhi kenailcan tekanan darah pada pekerja yang terpajan kebisingan di Bandara Ahmad Yani Semarang. Penelitian observasional ini menggunakan rancangan cross sectional. Populasi pekerja dari bagian security, cargo dan PKP-PK (Pertolongan Kecelakaan Penerbangan & Pemadam Kebakaran). Penentuan responden dengan kriteria inklusif diperoleh n = 60. Data dianalisis secara univariate dengan menggunakan tabel distribusi frekuensi dan analisis persentase, bivariat dengan menggunakan uji statistik Chi-square dan multivariat dengan menggunakan uji statistik logistic regression. Hasil penelitian dari 60 responden didapatkan bahwa: (1) Ada 33 orang (55%) responden mengalami kenailcan tekanan darah sistolik dan ada 36 orang (60%) responden mengalami kenaikan tekanan darah diastolik; (2) ada 45 orang (75%) mendapat pajanan kebisingan lebih dari 85 dBA; (3) Ada sebanyak 22 orang (36.7%) dengan masa kerja lebih dari 10 tahun; (4) Ada 18 orang (30%) pekerja yang bekerja lebih dui 8 jam sehari; (5) Ada 54 orang (90%) perokok; (6) Ada 52 orang (86.7%) yang tidak memakai alat pelindung pendengaran. DaH hasil uji statistik disimpulkan bahwa: (1) Ada hubungan signifikan antara intensitas kebisingan, masa kerja (tahun) dan lama kerja dengan kenaikan tekanan darah sistolik, tidak ada hubungan antara riwayat merokok dan pemakaian alat pelindung pendengaran dengan kenaikan tekanan darah sistolik; (2) Ada hubungan signifikan antara intensitas kebisingan dan masa kerja (tahun) dengan kenaikan tekanan clang; diastolik, tidak ada hubungan antara lama kerja (jam), riwayat merokok dan pemakaian alat pelindung pendengaran dengan kenaikan tekanan darah diastolik; (3) Ada hubungan signifikan antara intensitas kebisingan dan masa kerja (tahun) secara bersama-sama dengan kenaikan tekanan darah sistolik, pekerja yang terpajan kebisingan diatas 85 c1BA dengan masa kerja lebih dari 10 tahun punya probabilitas kenaikan tekanan darah sistolik sebesar 68.7%. pekerja yang terpajan kebisingan diatas 85 c1BA punya probabilitas kenaikan tekanan darah diastolik sebesar 68.7%.
