Abstract

This research aim to know relation between work shift and work environment to productivity at employees produce PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk. Research type which used is explanatory, with data collecting technique through questionnaire. Amount of sample as much 90 taken responder with sampling random technique. While data analysis use the way of qualitative and quantitative through examination of hypothesizing with statistic test for example moment product correlation test, T-Test, and coefficient determination.
