Abstract

The performance of Public Health Center Nutrition Implementer Personnel in bringing about the nutrition program is significant as the basic in determining the level of success of nutrition service to the public. One of the indicators of the success of nutrition service is indicated by the achievement number of N/S ?80%. The data of DKKS in Wonosobo Regency shows that the achievement number of N/S in 2000 was 54% and in 2001 decreased into 51% and in 2002 increased up to 52%. On the other hand the prevalency number of bad nutrition cases in Wonosobo Regency in 2000 was 1,9% in 2001 was 1,7% and in 2002 was 1,4%. Those problems were highly related to the performance of Public Health Center Nutrition Implementer Personnel as the main actors in the public nutrition service. Based on that reason, it was very important to carry out a research for factors which related to the performance of Public Health Center Nutrition Implementer Personnel. The kind of the research was explanatory research which aimed to know the factors which related to the performence of Public Health Center Nutrition Implementer Personnel, with cross sectional by using quantitave and qualitative approach. The location of this research was Wonosobo Regency. The number of the respondents were 21 persons. The data were analyzed univariately and bivariately including cross tabulation and correlation test of Rank Spearman. The data processing was brought about using SPSS program version 10, windows. The result of the research shows that there is a significant relationship between working motivation and performance p = 0,004, and there is significant relationship between training and performance p = 0,024, there is no relationship between compensation and performance p = 0,701 there is no relationship between supervision and performance p = 0,826, there is significant relationship between kind of duty and performance, p = o,013, there is no relationship friendship and performance p = 0,127 there is significant relationship between leadership and performance p = 0,007. The result of discriptive analysis shows that the performance of Public Health Center Nutrition Implementer Personnel in Wonosobo Regency is average. The improvement of Public Health Center Nutrition Implementer Personnel has been proposed by developing the Human Resources through trainings and advanced study, optimizing the role of Nutrition Implementer Personnel through the implementation of the fimction and main duty of Nutrition Implementer Personnel and the limitation in doing other duties. Kinerja TPG Puskesmas dalam melaksanakan program gin merupakan hal penting sebagai dasar di dalam menentukan tingkat keberhasilan pelayanan gizi kepada masyarakat. salah satu indikator keberhasilan pelayanan gizi di tandai dengan pencapaian angka N/S ? 80 %. Data dari DKKS Kabupaten Wonosobo menunjukkan bahwa angka pencapaian N/S pada tahun 2000 adalah 54 %, pada tahun 2001 turun menjadi 51 % dan tahun 2002 hanya naik sedikit menjadi 52 %. Di sisi lain angka prevalensi kasus gin buruk di Kabupaten Wonosobo pada tahun 2000 sebesar 1,9 %, tahun 2001 sebesar 1,7 % dan tahun 2002 sebesar 1,42% .Permasalahan tersebut berkait erat dengan kinerja TPG Puskesmas sebagai ujung tombak di dalam pelayanan gizi kepada masyarakat. Berdasar hal tersebut sangat penting untuk mengadakan penelitian tentang faktor-faktor apakah yang berhubungan dengan kinerja TPG Puskesmas Jenis penelitian ini adalah explanatory research, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kinerja TPG Puskesmas, diambil secara cross sectional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif lokasi penelitian di Kabupaten Wonosobo. Jumlah responden sebanyak 21 orang, data diolah secara univariat dan bivariat yang meliputi tabulasi silang dan uji korelasi Rank Spearman pengolahan data menggunakan perangkat komputer program SPSS Versi 10 Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan signifikan motivasi kerja dengan kineija (p = 0,004), ada hubungan signifikan pelatihan dengan kinerja (p = 0,024), tidak ada hubungan kompensasi dengan kinerja (p = 0,701), tidak ada hubungan supervisi dengan kinerja (p = 0,826), ada hubungan siknifikan jenis tugas dengan kinerja (p = 0,013), tidak ada hubungan rekan kerja dengan kinerja, p = 0,127, dan ada hubungan signifikan kepemimpinan dengan kinerja (p = 0,007). Hasil analisa diskriptif menunjukkan bahwa TPG Puskesmas di Kabupaten Wonosobo berkinerj a sedang. Perbaikan kinerja TPG disarankan dengan pengembangan SDM melalui pelatihan-pelatihan dan studi lanjut, optimalisasi peran TPG melalui pelaksanaan tugas pokok dan fungsi TPG dan membatasi untuk mengerjakan tugas sampingan.
