Abstract
The low of capability, skill, and work motivation of the employees can give bad influences to the individual work performance and organization's work performance. The low motivation of the employees' work performance can be caused by bad perceptions to the intrinsic and extrinsic factors at work place. The Nurses' un-satisfaction to the financial incentive and interpersonal relation to the Head of Nursing Department can cause decreasing of Nurses' work performance. The aim of research was to know the Nurses' perception to the receiving of financial incentive and the interpersonal relation to the Head of Nursing Depai tuient with the work performance of Nurses at Inpatient Installation at Purworejo Hospital. This was observational research using cross sectional approach. Research's location was at Inpatient Installation at Purworejo Hospital. Population was all nurses who work at Inpatient Installation at Purworejo Hospital. Samples were nurses who implement all nursing tasks with inclusion criteria in the following: the government officer, the minimum work period one year, and the minimum graduated from Health Nurse School. The number of samples were 45 persons. Samples were taken by Simple Random Sampling method. The results of this research shows that: 1) The most of nurses have enaugh perception to the receiving of financial incentive and the interpersonal relation to the Head of Nursing Department. 2) The most of nurses who work at inpatient Installation have a good work performance. 3) There is any weak relation between the Nurses' perception to the receiving of financial incentive and the interpersonal relation to the Head of Nursing Department with the work performance of Nurses at Inpatient Installation at Purworejo Hospital. 4) The percentage of work variation is 18,3 influenced by variation from level of the Nurses' perception to the receiving of financial incentive and the interpersonal relation to the Head of Nursing Department. The suggestions are: 1) In arranging the incentive system it needs to involve the employees representative. It needs to do rountinely meeting between the Head of Nursing Department with the Nurses at Inpatient Installation. It needs to value the nurses' work performance continuously. Rendahnya kemampuan, ketrampilan, dan motivasi kerja karyawan dapat berpengaruh buruk terhadap kinerja individu maupun kinerja organisasi. Rendahnya motivasi kerja karyawan dapat disebabkan oleh adanya persepsi yang buruk terhadap faktor-faktor intrinsik dan ekstrinsik di tempat kerja. Adanya ketidakpuasan perawat mengenai insentif finansial dan hubungan interpersonal terhadap Kepala Bidang Keperawatan dapat menyebabkan turunnya kinerja perawat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah persepsi perawat mengenai penerimaan insentif finansial dan hubungan interpersonal terhadap Kepala Bidang Keperawatan berhubungan dengan kinerja perawat di Instalasi Rawat Inap RSUD Purworejo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional dengan menggunakan pendekatan cross-sectional. Lokasi penelitian yaitu Instalasi Rawat Inap RSUD Purworejo. Sebagai populasi penelitian adalah seluruh tenaga keperawatan yang bertugas di Instalasi Rawat Inap RSUD Purworejo. Sedangkan sampel adalah perawat pelaksana di Instalasi Rawat 'nap dengan 'criteria inldusi status pegawai negeri, masa kerja minimal 1 tahun, pendidikan minimal SPK. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 45 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dari populasi secara acak sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Sebagian besar perawat berpersepsi Cukup terhadap penerimaan insentif finansial dan hubungan interpersonal dengan kepala Bidang Keperawatan. 2) Sebagian besar perawat di Instalasi Rawat Inap berkinerja Baik. 3) Ada hubungan yang lemah antara persepsi perawat tentang penerimaan insentif finansial dan hubungan interpersonal terhadap Kepala Bidang Keperawatan dengan kinerja perawat di Instalasi rawat Inap RSUD Purworejo. 4) Sebesar 18,3 % variasi kinerja perawat dipengaruhi oleh variasi dan tingkat persepsi perawat terhadap penerimaan insentif finansial dan hubungan interpersonal terhadap Kepala Bidang Keperawatan. Saran dari penelitian ini yaitu: 1) Dalam penyusunan sistem insentif supaya melibatkan perwakilan karyawan. 2) Perlu digerakkan kembali pertemuan rutin antara Bidang keperawatan dengan perawat pelaksana di Ruang rawat. 3). Perlu dilakukan penilaian kinerja perawat secara berkesinambungan
