Abstract

A number of workers in organizational environment are distinct social ties with different characteristics. However, the society of workers do not stand alone, they have relationship with other elements both internal and external organization. It is the duty of a leader to create environment that is likely able to drive subordinate motivation in line with organizational goals. Principally, a leader is some one who works through other people. One of ways to influence and motivate subordinate is empowerment program. As a matter of fact, empowerment means driving subordinates to motivate themselves.
