Abstract
Increasing junk bond offer publicly invite various controversy in company . financing method. Junk bond is considered as bond with high return and praised as the driving factor in American industry. However, junk bond is also condemned. This paper discusses the various investment characteristics and the development as well as the role of junk bond in the financial sectors.
