DAMPAK SISTEM KONTROL TERHADAP PERILAKU DALAM ORGANISASI

Abstract

Management control system influences on human behavior when human want to achievethe desired objectives. The congruence of goals in organization is influenced on the formal and non formal organizational system. Sonte fonnal factors come from both internal and external organization. There two type of controlling methods. First, rules and regulations and second, a systematic planning. This paper addresses the different type of organizational structure and its relationship with strategy implementation. The congruence of organizational structure and management control system is very important to ensure the organizational effectiveness.
