As a notable printing office company in Central Java, PT. Mascom Graphy are pushed to produce product of printing office with the good quality and along with the amount that capable to fulfill the requirement of information of Central Java society. Therefore, the company require the productive employees. But in reality, PT. Mascom Graphy have a problems of work productivity of where the level of Suara Merdeka newspaper print production at the production realization are decreased and we can see it by the increasing of amount of the flaw newspaper production. The infraction of work discipline also often happened with the existence of delay and not using the work equipment as according to regulation. Besides there are a few complaint from the employees about of its work environment. The work productivity of employees can be improved with many way of, among others create the good work environment to generating feeling as happy, comfort and easy to concentrate of finishing duty so that the work productivity increase. Beside that, the enforcer of work discipline have to be done so that the employees impelled to obey all the company regulation in order to reach the company target. The research type that being used is explanatory Research, which explaining the relation between the research variables. The way of sample determination at this research are using the saturated sampling method (census), while the technique of data collecting are through the interview, kuesioner and bibliography study. Based on the research result show that the work productivity of employees of Suara Merdeka newspaper print production division at PT. Mascom Graphy are very high because of the existence of good work environment and the work discipline that also very high. Therefore, PT. Mascom Graphy have to maintain this condition by creating a better work environment more, especially from the side of lighting, transfer of air circulation and working security. Beside that, the company have to be more resolute in sanction giving for working infraction, in the case of absence, late of present and the usage work equipment. All above are a must in order to make the employees feel comfort in working and minimize the infraction level that happened. Based on the examination result obtained that t count for the X1 is 5,328 and X2 is 5,745 where the t table are equal to 1,692 (one tail). While the examination by simultan obtained the regresi equation that equal to Y = 2,623 + 0,229 X1 + 0,222 X2 and Fcount equal to 21,282 > Ftable equal to 3,23. As the suggestion for the further research, the research have to use the other variables that effect the work productivity variable because the problems that happened are not cause by work environmental and work discipline variables.
