Abstract
Growth of technology which continue to expand to make communications medium to important human being progressively. Making human being [do] not only using telephone of PSTN ( Public Switched Phone Network) just in communicating, but by using telephone of seluler/ handphone. Year 2003 card business of seluler [is] in Indonesia enlivened with technology of Code Division Multiple Access ( CDMA) 2000. Some direct operator take stand emulation of the technology that is PT. Telkom with Flexi and of Mobile-8 with Fren and of Satelindo with Champion. Emulation which progressively tighten expected [by] PT. Telkom with Flexi have to continue to improve the quality of its product and defin product/ yielded service [pass/through] activity of promotion. This Research type [is] research of eksplanatori, with amount of population 61.228 people consumer of Flexi Classy. taken Sampel pursuant to formula of Slovin [is] 100 people with method of[is non sampling probability and its intake technique [of] sampling random purposive. Technique data collecting use and interview of kuesioner. Validity the used [is] correlation of product moment. Reliabilitas in this research [is] used [by] coefficient of alpha (α). Statistical [of] mengunakan test T and test F. Result of calculation prove value of t [count/calculate] ( 7,725) > t of[is tables of ( 1,980), meaning there [is] influence [among/between] quality of product ( X1) to decision of purchasing ( Y) [is] proven/ can be accepted. Correlation value ( R) of[is quality of product [is] 0,615 indicating that hand in glove storey;level [of] [relation/link] [among/between] variable of[is quality of product with decision of purchasing. Assess t [count/calculate] ( 6,616) > t of[is tables of ( 1,980) expressing that there is influence [among/between] promotion with decision of purchasing [is] proven/ can be accepted. Correlation value ( R) Promotion [is] 0,556 indicating that hand in glove storey;level [of] [relation/link] [among/between] promotion variable with decision of purchasing. This matter indicate that storey;level keereatan of [relation/link] [among/between] variable of[is quality of promotion and product with decision of purchasing [is] strength. Telkom Flexi Classy shall, improve the quality of product speed of time call by improving frequency of sinyal information [at] decoding transmitter to be propagated by bandwidth. Improving activity of promotion by improving the quality of brochure colour and publicity, and also improve advertisement displaying frequency.
