Abstract
Mutualfinance grows very fast, the total fund in the late 2001 was only Rp 8 trillion and it increased up to Rp 6.25 trillion in April 2003. This fast growth was not only caused by the decrease of SBI interest rate, but also influenced by the strong involvement of bankings on mutualfinance distribution. In the minimized source of fund to finance long term real sector nowdays, mutualfinance plays an important role to support the economic development especially for financing the long term real sector. Key-words : Mutualfinance - the financing of long term real sector.
