Abstract
Cooperative is a corporation that has a distinctive characteristic of identity principles, which the members hold the position as the owner and the customer all at once. An active participation of the members is extremely needed for developing the cooperative business, because without the members participation, cooperative could not able to work efficiently and effectively. It means that participation can be viewed as a way to expand the cooperative business. Thus, the business success of cooperative is exceedingly depended on the active participation of the cooperative members.
