Abstract
To date there is no economic activities that free from government interference. The tendency is also performed in the country with liberal or capitalist economic system. However the government performance is not always soundly but rather than comitted to the failures. The governmental failures mostly due to: limited information, lack of enforcement and surveillance of government towards the reaction of private sector and bureaucrate behavior (clean governance), resistance of political system.
