Abstract
The development of Boyolali has brought impact toward the area progression and the area economical growth. That area economical growth has made the central town of Boyolali be the central area of various activities. The existence of the central town as the center of activities is supported by the surrounding areas which act as the supporting areas such as the provider of staple foods, raw materials, workers, etc. To accelerate the connection between town and village, thus the presence of transportations such as mini buses and medium buses is needed. The pattern of the public transportations in Boyolali regency is concentric that connect the central town and its surrounding rural areas. However, the reality is that besides the developing transportations, that can service the passengers continually and regularly, there are also transportations that can not service their passengers fairly on the peak and off-peak hours. The aim of this research is to know the phenomena of the public transportations in relation to the rural — urban interactions. This is based on the fact that areas which continually and regularly served by the public transportation are tend to develop. The research method used is quantitative analysis on the socio-economical data, the public facilities, the pattern of people trip, and the operation profile of rural — urban transportations. After finishing the quantitative analysis, the next step is doing the qualitative analysis on the condition method of making use of land and the traffic facilities. After analyzing and discussing, we can conclude that rural-urban interactions are influenced by distance, geographic location, and supreme potential that completed with infrastructure network and public transportation service. The traditional trading relationship and socio economical characteristic have made the medium power area be the high trip generation area. In addition, the pattern of people trip in Boyolali is internal - internal in town trip. These caused rural — urban transportations will operate continually and regularly if they pass by more than one sub districts before entering the town. In general, the route network of public transportations in Boyolali has not reflected efficiency. There are areas that serviced by the public transportations. On the other hand, there are areas that serviced by more than one routes of public transportations. Pe•kembangan ekonomi wilayah tersebut telah menjadikcm pasta kola Boyolali menjadi daerah plata berbagai kegiatatz. Keberadaan daerah pima, kola sebagai pusat kegiatan didulaing oleh daerah - daerah di sekilarnya sebagai daerah penyangga antara lain penyedia bahan makanan pokok, bahan mentah, peayedia knaga keda dan lain - lain. Untuk memperlancctr hubutzgan antara kola dengan desa tersebut, diperiukan adanya transporlasi bey angkutan 1117111171 yang selamct int telah dilayani oleh angkutan IM711177 herupa minibus dan bus sedang. Pola angkutan 1177111717 di KaImpaten Boyolali adalah berlipe konsentris yang menghubungkan pusal kohl dengan daerah pedesaan di sekehlingnya. Namun dolma kenyatacm di lapangan, selain terdapat angkutan berkembcmg, yang mampu melayant penumpang secara kontitme dan teratur, lerdapal pula angkutan yang &kik manzpu melayani penumpangnya secara seimbang pada jam sibuk dan jam Mak sibuk. Penetilian ini memiliki tujuan wank mengetahui jetziomena angkutan 1.117711171 datum kaitannya dengan interaksi desa-kolaHal int didasarkan .fakta di lapangan bahwa daerah yang dilayani mightier!? IM71IM secara kominue dan laratur cenderung berkembcmg. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan melakukan analisis know:Mail te•hadap data sysio-ekonomi, .fasilitas unzum, pola pedalancuz penduduk dan profit kilted a angkutan desa-kota.Setelah melakukan analisis !manta!!f selatatanya dilakukan analisis knalitatif te•hadap kondisi takt guna lahan dan prasarana laht Unica Selelah dilalcukan analisis dan penzbaktsan, dapat ditarik kesimpulczn bahwct interaksi de-kola dipengaruhi okh jarak, lokasi geogrefis dan pOienSi unggulcuz yang di lenglcapi dengan jaringan infrastruktur dan pelayanan angkutan 1117111117. Hu bungcm perdagangcm tradisional dan kct•akteristik sosio-ekonomi membuat daerah yang nzemiliki kekualcm interaksi sedang, men jadi daerah bangkilan pet] alanan tinggi. Adapun pola perjalanan orang di Boyolali merupakan perjalanan internal-internal di datum kola. Hal ini menyebabkatz angkutan desa-/cola akin beroperasi secara konlinue dan teratur jika melewati 'WA dart .satu kecamatan sebelum mernasuki kola. Secara kesebt•uhan jctringan trayek angkutan 1111711171 di Boyolali belum mencerminkan efisiensi. Masih ada daerah yang dilayani angkutan lin111177, di SiSt lain terdapat daerah yang dilayani angkutan mane; lebih dari sant trayek.
