Abstract
The objective of the experirnentwas to determine the effect of lysine level and energy metabolizable level on broiler fat. The study for was conducted from 3 July to 14 August 2002 in Srondol Wetan Banyumanik Semarang. The experiment was conducted using one hundred and fifty unsexed four day old chicks of CP-707, with average initial body weight of 82,03 + 9,35 g. The chicken was reared on litter floor house which divided into 30 cages for 42 days, with 5 chick each cage. The treatment were; diet lysine content 1,1% (L1) with 2800 kcal/kg ME (ElL1), 300 kcal/kg ME (E2L1) and 3200 kcal ME (E3L1) and lysine content 1,3% with 2800 kcal/kg ME (El L2),3000 kcal/kg ME (E2L2) and 3200 kcal ME (E3L2). The slaughter was conducted at the age 42 days. Completely Randomized Design with Factorial pattern 2x3 was used in the experiment with 6 treatment combination and replications. The parameters were percentage of abdominal fat, thigh fat level, cholesterol level of blood and level of blood triglycerides The result of this study showed that percentage of abdominal fat , thigh fat level, cholesterol level and level of blood triglycerides did not depend on metabolizable energy and lysine content. Average of abdominal fat percent to lysine content and matabolizable energy was 2,166 %. Average of thigh fat rate was 5,58 % , average to cholesterol blood rate was 132,45mg/d1 and average of blood triglyceride rate was 78,63ing/d1. Conclusion from result of this study that there is not interaction between lysine contents and metabolizable energy in diet used of cassava fermented to percentage of abdominal fat, thigh fat level, cholesterol blood levels and triglycerides blood levels Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui penganth kandungan lisin dan energi metabolis berbeda dalam ransum yang mengandung ubikayu fermentasi terhadap lemak ayam broiler. Pelalcsanaan Penelitian pada tartggal 3 Juli sampai 14 Agustus 2002 di Srondol Wetan Kecamatan Banyumanik Kota Semarang. Materi penelitian berupa anak ayam berumur 4 hari CP 707 sebanyak 150 ekor unsexed dengan bobot rata rata 82,03 + 9.35 g. Ayam dipelihara pada kandang sebanyak 30 unit selama 42 hari , tiap unit diisi 5 ekor ayam. Perlakuan yang ditetapkan sebagai berikut : ransum kadar lisin 1,1 % (L1) dengan energi 2800 klcal/kg (El L1), 3000 IckaUkg (E2L1) dan 3200 Ickal/kg (E3L1) dan ranstun dengan lisin 1,3 % (L2) dengan energi 2800 kkal/kg (ElL2) 3000 kkal/kg (E2L2) dan 3200 kkal/kg (E3L2). Rancangan Percobaan menggunakan Rancangan Acalc Lenglcap (RAL) Pola Faktorial 2X3 dan 5 kali ulangan. Parameter yang diamati adalah persentase lemak abdominal, kadar lemak paha, kadar kolesterol dan kadar trigliserida darah. Hasil penelitian mentmjulckan bahwa persentase lemak abdominal, kadar lemak paha, kadar kolesterol dan trigliserida darah tidak tergantung dengan energi metaboilis dan kandungan lisin. Rerata persentase lemak abdominal berdasarkan kandungan lisin dan energi metabolis sebesar 2,106 %, rerata kadar lemak paha sebesar 5,58%, rerata kadar kolesterol darah sebesar 132,45 mg/di dan rerata kadar trigliserida darah sebesar 78,63 mg/di Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian adalah bahwa: tidak ada perbedaa antara kandungan lisin 1,1 dan 1,3 % dengan energi metabolis dalain ranstun yang mengandung ubikayu fermentasi terhadap persentase lemak abdominal, kadar lemak paha, kadar kolesterol clan kadar trigliserida darah ayam broiler.
