Abstract
Balai Pengkajian Teknologi Pertanian (BPTP) Central Java taking charge of which is equal to other BPTP, that is carrying out study program of technology precise agriculture utilize and is specific of farm for development of development of agriculture. As according to policy of planning of development of Central Java economic sector instructed to quicken cure of economics and strengthen the basis for going concern development and elementary with justice at economic system of nationality hence BPTP Central Java have duty to yield technology utilize to support attainment of target. Considering fundamental duty and function of BPTP as an organization where where organization as an place of to do/conduct an activity in attainment an target which have been specified to represent matter which must is ever paid attention to relate to existing problems in organization itself. A success Organization is organization which in advance master the way of Newly and anticipate various resistance and also do/conduct assortedly of change for the sake of growth to organization itself, hence in research selected by title "Technological Analysis Organization Chart Hall Study of Agriculture (BPTP) Central Java". Thereby in research to check in organization chart analysis of BPTP Central Java can be formulated as follows I) How relation/link/correlation among/between organizational complexity with organizational of BPTP Central Java?, 2) How relation/link/correlation among/between organizational formality with organizational labour capacity of BPTP Central Java 3) How relation/link correlation among/between organization chart with organizational labour capacity of BPTP Central Java ? This research will use descriptive method. According to opinion, descriptive method represent an trouble-shooting procedure investigated by depicting or defining situation of or subject of object research (someone, institute, society and others) when or present moment and pursuant to visible facts or as it is. While according explaining this research model to make picture concerning occurence or situation, so that this method want to perform a mere basic data accumulation. Descriptive method in this research is comprehended as one trouble-shooting procedure investigated by depicting or defining situation of or subject of object research at the (time) of now pursuant to visible facts. From statistical test of job/activity complexity have an effect on. The mentioned can be proved from result of calculation of correlation coefficient of r = 1. so that have correlation, is testing significan at level 1 % proven also. Analysis descriptively pass/through responder answer, in the reality complexity also have an effect on to organizational labour capacity like result of responder answer which is mean above 50 % aggreeing the existence of influence of complexity to organizational labour capacity. Tabulation traverse among/between organizational labour capacity and complexity, organizational efficiency indicator presentase withhorizontal deferentiation 28,13 %. Organizational efficiency medium with vertical deferentiation 21,87 %. Organizational effectiveness with horizontal deferentiation 31,25 %. Organizational effectiveness medium with vertical deferentiation 18,75 %. Hence its conclusion of influence of biggest complexity to organizational labour capacity is on horizontal deferentiation. Considering result of research of is existence of related/relevant and is influencing each other among/between complexity variable, formality, and centralitation to organizational labour capacity of BPTP Central Java, hence suggested that more is paying attention of influences of indicator like organizational communications, coordination, duty delegation and authority which clearly there is in organization chart.
