Abstract

The title of this research is The Production Display of Milk as The Effect of Hight Difference of place and Lactation Month. This research had a purpose to recognize the production display of milk as the effect of hight difference of place and lactation month. The research was conducted in Salaran (Getasan) and Mojosongo (Boyolali) Village. It was started from July 1 to September 15, 2003. The material used in this research was lactation dairy cow of Friesian Holstein as many as 18 daily cow, which divided into two groups, each of them were 9 dairy cow. Each group consist of first, second and third month lactations, and each month consist of three daily cow. The research design plot model T1 (getasan), T2 (Boyolali), B1 (first lactation month), B2 (second lactation month), B3 (third lactation month), the parameter examined: 1) dringking water consumption, 2) ransum consumption, 3) milk production,4) milk quality: Bj, fat and lactose contents, 5) physiological livestock: covering breath frequency, body temperature and pulse. The research result indicated that the effect of Tl and T2 were for: 1) consumption of dringking water T1 37,394 and 37,9683 and T2 1,404 kg/cow/day (P<0,01); 2) consume BK T1 22,165 and T2 13,283 kg/cow/day (P<0,01); 3) conswne PK TI 2,462 and T2 1,404 kg/cow/day (P<0,01); 4) consume TDN Ti 14,414 and T2 8,631 kg/cow/day (P<0,05); 5) milk production T1 13,4411 and T2 11,1133 litres/cow/day (P<0,05); 6) Bj T1 1,025 and T2 1,024 (P>0,05); 7) Fat content Ti 368,842 and T2 374,434 g/cow/day (P>0,05); 8) Lactose content T1 501,707 and T2 414,185 g/cow/day (P<0,05); 9) frekuency breath Ti 23,572 and T2 33,820 kali/cow/minute (P<0,01); 10) pulse of T1 73,963 and T2 66,209 kali/cow/minute; 11) body temperature of TI 37,453 and T2 37,490 °C (P>0,05). Where as the effect of B 1, B2, B3 were for : I) consumption drinking water of B1 37,828; B2 37,835; B3 37,381 1/cow/day (P<0,01); 2) consume BK of 131 17,320; 132 17,708; 133 18,145 kg/cow/day (P>0,05); 3) consume PK of B1 1,904; B2 1,795; B3 2,102 kg/cow/day (P>0,05); 4) consume TDN of B1 11,264; B2 11,518; B3 11,792 kg/cow/day (P>0,05); 5) milk production; B1 13,907; B2 13,270; B3 9,655 1/cow/day (P<0,01); 6) Bj BI 1,025; B2 1,025; B3 1,025 (P>0,05); 7) Fat content; B1 412,941; B2 410,844; B3 325,630 g/cow/day (P<0,01); 8) Lactose content; BI 513,928, B2 505,702, B3 354,208 g/cow/day (P< 0,05); 9) frekuency breath of 131 29,556; B2 29,396; B3 27,136 kali/cow/minute (P>0,05); 10 pulse of 131 63,008; B2 71,095; 133 66,156 kali/cow/minute (P>0,05); 1 I ) body temperature of B1 37,400; J32 37,411; B3 37,411 °C (P>0,05). The conclusion of this research is place excelsior above 300 m dpl hence milk production progressively mount because is physiological of dairy cattle body proressively goodness. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tampilan produksi air susu dan fisiologis tuhuh akibat perbedaan tinggi tempat dan bulan laktasi. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Desa Salaran (Getasan) dan Mojosongo (Boyolali), pengambilan data dilakukan selama I bulan mulai dari I Agustus sampai 15 September 2003. Mated yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah sapi perah Friesian Holstein laktasi sebanyak 18 ekor yang dibagi dalam 2 kelompok, masing-masing 9 ekor yang terdiri laktasi bulan ke 1, 2 dan 3, masing - masing 3 ekor. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seri eksperimen, dengan Rancangan Acak Kelompok. T1 (Getasan), T2 (Boyolali), 131 (bulan laktasi ke 1), B2 (bulan laktasi ke 2), B3 (bulan laktasi ke 3). Parameter yang diamati: 1) konsumsi air minum; 2) konsumsi pakan; 3) produksi air susu; 4) kualilas air susu, meliputi Bj, kadar lemak, dan kadar laktosa; 5) tisiologis ternak, meliputi frekuensi nafas, denyut nadi dan suhu tubuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh TI dan T2 masing-masing untuk: 1) Konsumsi air minum Tl 37,3946 dan T2 37,9682 liter/elcorThari (P<0,01); 2) Konsumsi BK Ti 22,1656 dan T2 13,2833 kg/ekor/hari (P<0,01); 3) Konsumsi PK TI 2,4626 dan T2 1,4044 kg/ekor/hari (P<0,01); 4) Konsumsi TDN Ti 14,4148 dan T2 8,6313 kg/ekor/hari ( P<0,01); 5) Produksi air susu TI 13,4411 dan T2 11,1133 liter/ekor/hari (P<0,05); 6) Bj Tl 1,025 dan T2 1,024 (P>0,05); 7) Kandungan lemak TI 368,842 dan T2 374,434 Wekor/hari (P>0,05); 8) Kandungth laktosa T 1 501,707 dan T2 414,185 Wekor/hari (P<0,05); 9) Frekuensi nafas T1 23,572 dan T2 33,820 kali/ekor/menit (P<0,01); 10) Denyut nadi T1 73,963 dan T2 66,209 kalikkor/menit (P<0,01); 11) Suhu tubuh Ti 37,453 dan T2 37,490 °C (P>0,05). Sedangkan pengaruh B1, B2, B3 masing¬masing untuk: 1) Konsumsi air minum B1 37,828; B2 37,835; B3 37,381 liter/ekor/hari (P>0,05); 2) Konsumsi BK BI 17,320; B2 17,708; B3 18,145 kg/ekor/hr (P>0,05); 3) Konstunsi PK BI 1,904; B2 1,795; B3 2,102 kg/ekor/hari (P>0,05); 4) Konsumsi TDN B1 11,264; B2 11,518; B3 11,792 kg/ekor/hari (P>0,05); 5) Produksi air susu B1 13,907; B2 13,270; B3 9,655 liter/ekor/hari (P<0,01); 6) Bj air susu 131 1,0251; 82 1,0252; B3 1,0250 (P>0,05); 7) Kandungan lemak BI 412,941; B2 410,844; B3 325,630 g/ekor/hari (P<0,0 I ); 8) Kandungan laktosa 131 513,928; B2 505,702; B3 354,208 Wekor/hari (P<0,05); 9) Frekuensi nafas 131 29,556; B2 29,396; B3 27,136 kali/ekor/menit (P>0,05); 10) Denyut nadi B1 63,008; B2 71,095; B3 66,156 kali/ekor/menit (P>0,05); 11) Suhu tubull B1 37,400; B2 37,664; B3 37,411 °C (P>0,05). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini semakin tinggi tempat diatas 300 Indp1 maka produksi air susu semakin meningkat karena fisiologis lubuh sapi perah semakin baik.
