Abstract

Angkutan kola merupakan komponen yang signifikan dart sistem traasportasi kola. Penggunaan angkutan kola yang tidak efisien akan menyebahkan menurunnya efekti 1/as dan ejisiensi dari sistem transporta•i kota secara keseluruhan. (batik itu diperlukan penelitian lenlang kinerja pelayanan angkutan kota di Kota Banjarmasin yang disinyahr dipengaruhi oleh tipologi permukiman. Ohyek penelitian adalah masyarakat permukiman di Kola Banjarmasin yang diwaktli oleh masyarakat permukiman di 3 (tiga) lokasi yaitu masyarakat permukiman Puma Sakti di Kecamatan Banjarmasin Banat yang dilayani oleh trayek angkutan kola B.10, masyarakat permukiman Penzurus di Kecamatan Banjarmasin Selatan yang dilayani oleh in:yak angkutan kota A.18, serta masyarakat permukiman Ke/ayan B di Kecamatan Banjarmasin &lawn yang dilayani oleh trayek angkutan kola A.I3. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh tipologi permukiman terhadap kinerja pelayanan angkutan kota di Kola 13unjurmasin. Tahapan analisis yang dilakukan adalah analisis kinerja pelayanan angkutan kota pada rule yang diteliti melalui load factor, waktu tempuh, headway dan jumlah rit, analisis biaya operasional angkutan kota yang meliputi biaya tetap dan tidak tetap, analisis kelayakan finansial angkutan kota indult!? Net Present Value, Benefit Cost Ratio, Internal Rate Of Return dan Pay-Back Period analisis sistem pengelolaan angkutan kola dan analisis pengaruh tipologi permukiman terhadap kinerja pelayanan angkutan kola. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Permukiman Kelayan B yang merupakan permukiman tidak lerencana dilayani oleh trayek A.13 yang memiliki kinerja pelayanan yang kiaang balk dan tidak layak inveslasi dengan headway selama 22 menu, load factor dinamis sebesar 91,8 %, waktu tempuh 27 mend, kecepatan sebesar 13,44 km/jam, jumlah nit sebanyak 6 rit/hari/armada, NPV sebesar —20.672.741,93 dan BCR sebesar 0,81. Permukiman Pemurus yang merupakan permukiman lerencana dilayani oleh trayek A.18 yang memiliki kinerja pelayanan yang balk dan layak investasi dengan headway selama 10 menit, load .fitctor dinamis sebesar 89,8 %, waktu tempuh 24 'plena kecepatan sebesar 17,25 km/jam, jumlah nil sebanyak 6 rit/harithrmacia, nilai NPV sebesar 10.018.652,50 dan BC1? sehesar 1,09. Permukiman Puma Sakti yang merupakan permukiman campuran dilayani oleh trayek B.10 yang memiliki kinerja pelayanan yang kurang balk dan tidak layak investasi dengan headway selama 20 mend, load factor dinamis sebesar 78,9 %, waktu tempuh 26 menu, kecepatcm sebesar 16,27 kniljam, jumlah nit sebanyak 6. rit/hari/armada, nilai NPV sebesar —21.624.125,84 clan BCR sebesar 0,80. Fenomena ini menunjukkan ,hahwa tipologi permukiman dengan kondivi sosial ekonominya mempengaruhi mobilita• penduduknya, sehingga mempengaruhi penggzmaan angkutan kola yang pada akhimya akan mempengaruhi kinerja pc/co/anan dan kelayakan investasi angkutan kola. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat dijadikan sehagai bahan informasi lam& merencanakan dan mengevaluasi trayek angkutan kola di Kota Banjarmasin. Katt: kunci : tipologi permukiman, kinerja angkutan. Public transport, called angkutan kola, is a significant component of urban transportation system. The unefficient use of public transport may causes the decreasing of an effectivity and efficiency of urban transportation system in a whale. Therefore, a research about the work performance of public transport service is needed in &marinasin which is pointed out that it is influenced by the civilization typoloiv. The research object was the civilization society in Banjarmasin that was represented by the civilization society in three location, namely the civilization society of Plena Sakti in West Banjarmasin Sub-District served by the route of public transport 8.10, the civilization sock°, of Peinurus in South Bamarmasin Sub-District served by the route of public transport A.I8, and the civilization society of Kelayan B in South Banjarmasin Sub-District served by the route of public transport A.13. The ChM of the research is to analyze the influence of civilization typology to the work performance of public transport service in Banjarmasin. The conducted analysis stage were the analysis of the work performance of public transport in the researched route through load factor, time of distance, headway and the amount of rit, the analysis of the operational cost of public transport including fixed cost and unfixed cost, the analysis of financial properness of public transport through Net Present Value, Benefit Cost Ratio, Internal Rate of Return and Pay Back Period, the analysis of the management system of public transport and the analysis of the influence of civilization typology to the work performance of public transport service. The result of research indicates that Kelayan B civilization which is not planned, served by A.I3 route having work performance of service which is not good enough with headway Ibr 22 minutes, dynamic load factor in the amount of 91,8 %, distance time is 27 minutes, speed in the amount of 13,44 km/jam, the amount of rit is 6 tit/day/fleet, NPV value is in the amount of —20.672.741,93 and BCR is in the amount of 0,81. Pemurus civilization which is planned civilization, served by A.18 route having good work perfOrmance of service with headway for 10 minutes, dynamic load factor in the amount of 89,8 %, distance time is 24 minutes, speed in the amount of 17,25 km/jam, the amount of di is 6 rit/day/fleet, NPV value is in the amount of 10.018.652,50 and BO? is in the amount of 1,09. Puma Sakti Civilization which is mixed civilization served by B.10 route having less good work system of service with headway fhr 20 minutes, dynamic load factor in the amount of 78,9 %, distance time is 26 minutes, speed in the amount of 16,27 km/jam, the amount of tit is 6 tit/dap/fleet, NPV value is in the amount of-21.624.125,84 and BCR is ' in the amount of 0,80. The phenomena indicates that civilization typology with social economy condition .influences mobility of people, so that this influences using of public transport and then this influences the work performance of service and the investment properness. of public transport.
