Abstract

The purpose of the research is to know how big is the difference between Regular Institutional Training and Apprenticeship Institutional Training in Vocational Training Center of Industry Semarang). The result of the research shows that there is a quality difference between Regular Institutional Training and Apprenticeship Institutional Training refering to the Theory System Approach in viewing the quality difference of both training programs through their input, process, output and feed back and it is found that both of the training programs are qualified. However, the Apprenticeship Institutional Training Program is more qualified than the Regular Institutional Training Program. Tujuan dart penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui seberapa besar perbedaan antara Pelatihan Institusional Reguler dengan Pelatihan Institusional Pemagangan di Balai Latihan Kerja Industri (BLKI) Semarang. llasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat perbedaan kualitas antara Pelatihan Institusional Reguler dan Institusional Pemagangan dengan mengacu pada pendekatan teori sistem (Theory System Approuch) dalam melihat perbedaan kualitas kedua pelatihan yang dilihat dart sisi input, proses, output serta umpan batik diketahui bahwa kedua pelatihan berkualitas. Akan tetapi Pelatihan Institusional Pemagangan lebih berkualitas dart pada Pelatihan Institusional Reguler.
