Abstract

The objectives of this research were to examine the influence of Personal Placement Effectivity (X1) Achievement Motivation (X2) and Leadership Style (X3) toward the employee performance (Y) in Local Secretariat of Kudus Municipolity. There were three hypothesis proposed. First, there was a significant contribution Personnel Performance Effectivity (X1) toward the employee performance 00. Second, there was a significant contribution Achievement Motivation (X2) toward the employee performance (Y). Third, there was a significant contribution Leadership Style (X3) toward the employee performance (Y). The population of this research was 347. The sample was 50 that was taken by using for formulation of Kendall Rank, Kendall concordation and Determination of Cooficience. Conclusion of this research analysis is there is a positive relation and significant between variable of Personnel Placement Effectivity, Achievment Motivation and Leadership Style toward the employee performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara efektivitas penempatan pegawai (X1), motivasi berprestasi (X2) dan gaya kepemimpinan (X3) terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y) pada Kantor Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Kudus. Ada 3 (tiga) hipotesis yang diuji dalam penelitian ini. Pertama, semakin tinggi tingkat efektivitas penempatan pegawai, akan semakin tinggi tingkat kinerja pegawai. Kedua, semakin tinggi tingkat motivasi berprestasi, akan semakin tinggi tingkat kinerja pegawai. Ketiga, semakin tepat gaya kepemimpinan, akan semakin tinggi tingkat kinerja pegawai. Jumlah populasi penelitian adalah 347 orang. Sampel penelitian diambil sebanyak 50 orang dengan menggunakan rumus Rank Kendall, Konkordasi Kendalls dan koefisien determinasi. Kesimpulan dari analisa penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara variabel efektivitas penempatan pegawai, motivasi berprestasi dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai.
