Abstract

Background : The post operation injury will cause many complications in which it can cause the acute pain. The acute pain will result the Metabolic Stress Response, then it will cause the activation of adrenal simpato system and the change in the neuroendocrine. The acute pain post operation in which B endhorpine increases will cause TGF B, VEGF decrease, then angiogenesis was disturbed that result the inhibited of the recovery of injury. The Infiltration of local anesthetic Levobupivacain was recommended to cut the transmission track of pain, then the recovery of injury will be better. Method : This research was experimental laboratory research with the randomized post control group design by using I S female wistar mice that divided into 2 groups, each consists of 9 mice. The first group was conducted with 2 cm incision without local anesthetic Levobupivacain 0.25%. The second group after the same insisi, it is given the local anesthetic levobupivacain 0.25%. At the time of incision was given with anesthesia aether and the injury of incision was tailored by 2 sewn items. In the fifth day, the mouse was given with aether again then drawn its tissue along incision. The data analysis that used in this research was t test with the significant level of (p<0.05). Result : The data from the the distribution of both was normal, and the data from the homogeneity of both was different not significant (p<0.05). in the result of t test angiogenesis of both was obtained the result of (p = 0.007) or (p > 0.05), and achieved the mean result at the group with the infiltration of local anesthetic levobupivacain 0.25% was higher than the group without the infiltration of local anesthetic levobupivacain 0.25%. Conclusion : By giving the infiltration of local anesthetic levobupivacain 0.25% to the insisi injury on the wistar mice will increase the number of angiogenesis compared to the group without the infiltration of levobupivacain. La ta r belakang : Luka paska bedah akan menimbulkan banyak komplikasi. Dimana luka paska bedah akan menimbulkan nyeri akut. Nyeri akut akan mengakibatkan timbulnya Metabolik Stres Respon. Sehingga akan mengakibatkan aktifitsi sistem simpato adrenal dan perubaban pada neuroendokrin. Nyeri akut paska bedah dimana B endorpin meni.ngkat akan berakibat TGF B ,VEGF menurun,sehingga angiogenesis terganggu yang mengakibatkan penyembuhan luka terhambat. Pemberian infiltrasi anestetik lokal Levobupivakain diharapkan dapat memotong jalur transmisi nyeri,sehingga penyembuhan Itika akan lebih balk. METODE : Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimental laboratorik dengan desain Randomized post Control Group Design. Dengan menggunakan IS ekor tikus Wistar betina dewasa. Dibagi dalam 2 kelompok ,masinn2 9 ekor tikus.Kelompok 1 dilakukan insisi 2 cm tanpa diberi anestetik lokal levobupivakain 0,25%. Pada kelompok2 setelah insisi yang sama kemudian diberikan infiltrasi anestetik lokal levobupivakain 0,25% Pada saat insisi diberikan anestesi dengan aether dan luka insisi dijahit dengan 2 jahitan.Pada had ke-5 tikus dibius lagi kemudian diambil jaringan sepanjang insisi. Analisa data menggunakan uji beta mean t-test dengan derajat kemaknaan p 0,05. HASIL : Data dari uji distribusi kedua kelompok adalah normal,dan data dad uji homogenitas kedua kelompok adalah berbeda tidak bermakna p 0,05. Pada basil uji Ueda angiogenesis kedua kelompok didapat basil dengan nilai p 0,007 atau p 0,05,dan didapat basil rerata pada kelompok dengan infiltrasi anestetik lokal levobupivakain 0,25% kWh tinggi dibanding kelompok tanpa pemberian infiltrasi anestetik lokal levobupivakain 0,75%. Kesimpulan : Dengan pemberian infiltrasi anestetik lokal levobupivakain 0,25% untuk luka insisi pada tikus Wistar menaikkan jumlah angiogenesis dibandingkan pada kelompok tanpa pemberian infiltrasi levobupivakain.
